Welcome! This is an opportunity for me to share my art with you. Over the years I've been drawing on and off as time permitted. Within the last 2 years, I've taken my art a bit more seriously. The amount of time and effort has always been dictated by my 'day job'. By making a career shift and working part time, it affords me much more time to pursue my art as well as other endeavors. On this page you'll find a collection of real life objects artistically rendered in ink using a stippling technique, or pixelism if you prefer. The tools I use are Koh-I-Noor Rapidograph ink pens on Bristol Plate. This is a very time consuming process that is dependent on the size and complexity of the drawing. The subject or original is always a photograph, scanned image, etc, due to the time it takes. If you like, take a moment and stroll through the gallery (just click on the links to the left). The scanned images are close to their original size and have undergone some compression. The crispness or individual dots cannot be seen, but it's close.
